• Special notes about mail delivery will not be seen on the shipping label or your package. If you have special instructions, please contact your post office or mail person directly.

• International customers: We are not responsible for customs charges nor will we issue refunds due to customs charges. These government fees are NOT paid to Coilycue and are the sole responsibility of the receiver.


If you decide that you do not want to pay the customs and/or duty due, you do not pick up your items from the postal office, or you refuse delivery and your package is returned to us, the cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your store credit refund. 

Chargeback Policy for Delivered Orders

At Coilycue, we take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, any chargeback claiming "item not received" will be disputed with full evidence, including:

✅ Tracking confirmation showing delivery to the correct address
✅ Signature proof (if applicable)
✅ Customer communication records

🔹 Customers must contact us first if they experience any issues with their delivery. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in being banned from future purchases.

We are committed to protecting our business from misuse of the chargeback system and will pursue all available legal and financial remedies against fraudulent disputes.
